I have always been fascinated by human biology and metabolism, and the role that good nutrition plays in keeping our bodies healthy and energetic. By now its well known that good nutrition and exercise are the two most important tools we have to avoid disease and to stay vital as we age. Whats fascinating now are new areas of study including Nutrigenomics and Microbiome research, which are showing how nutrients affect gene expression and how gut bacteria determine overall health. This is an exciting time in the field of nutrition as we continue to learn more about the human body and how best to maintain it. I personally employ multiple strategies in order to stay vital and active for years to come, and I love to share that information with others. 

The old phrase "you are what you eat" is no joke. It's amazing to witness the power of food in action as people become more vibrant and youthful due to a few new choices and routenes.
